REFLECTING ABOUT MY CRITICAL THINKING
-- How has the way you think/research changed based on what you have learnt? --
This week it has been 3 classes of this subject "developing critical thinking and problem solving" and I think there's a little change on my mind according to what we have learned through the different activities and discussions in classes.
Firstly, I can say that my way of thinking regarding to social problems has changed. Because we tried to create conversations around real contexts and problems such as the Covid-19 and education online. It is well known that in a society there are diverse ways of thinking, but however it important to think CRITICALLY before anything else.
Now, for give more context to this post... last class (previously) we read about some elements or concepts for state questions into a reflecting or reseraching process. We put some examples related with these words and the biases. Then we read one more statement about the Covid and education at home for children. It was not easy discussion but I think we tried to encompass the both sides "agree or disagree". Finally we gave our point of view trying to avoid biases.
Well, I can consider that as my way of thinking about social problems has changed, my process for research too. Why? Because now I know that I must be carefull in the middle of a wide range of online information. It is important to have on mind which sources could be the most reliable, but at the same time not discarding other information with different sense of opinion.
Thanks for reading me! :)
